The worst hotel in which we stayed. This hotel can not be called home for the poor. There's no light in the hallways, no service at all, housing and residents resemble a prison. Normal people strongly recommend re not stop here.
No!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Apartment was nice, nice pool, no pool bar or cafe available though. Bit too far out of the main drag.
No cafe or pool or night life there.

the apartment was basic but the pool area was a good size
i didnt like the fact that the reception wasnt open all day, and that the pool bar never opened, plus some of the apartments were privately owned and the residents were openly hostile to tourists.also there was no maid service during our ten day stay.

The price!! Good for young people
Location bit far from main strip, bit dodgy with people living there full time. Saying that we were safe for the duration of our stay.

The only good thing was the size of the pool. But not enough sun beds and residents were very rude.

Close to shops and beach
Hotel was not in good order, we went as a family and got no sleep as we were surrounded by groups of young people partying and also there was a lot of trouble every night. (police involved). Room was basic no toaster, kettle. would not go back.

In the 5 or 6 hotels we have stayed in during this holiday this is by far the worst. And one of the most expensive. Probably our own fault for wanting to be near the beach for one night, but would not recommend this place if you want to sleep at night and not end up with bed bugs and be treated with respect by the staff.

About the only thing we liked was the size of our room however after paying extra money for a 6th person we still only had 5 beds, bad form really! However the pool is a grand size and is clean, about the only thing.
Where do we begin? From a borded up front enterance to a rapdily shut down reception the place is falling apart we stayed here last year and wow what a dramatic difference not even a part time receptionist like last year! Certainlly not ur typical holiday maker hotel, now looks like most of the property is sub letted by the salou suites. We were one of 2 rooms that occupied english speaking people. We felt very insucure and out of place. Major dissapointment compared to our previous year here.

I'm not normally a complainer but there is genuinely nothing good to say about this hotel. The staff in Salou Suites (where the reception is based) dealt with complaints as best they could.
If you have kids do not stay here!!! It's noisy, run down and feels like a hostel, no facilities and very uncomfortable. Some of the so called two bedroom apartments are ridiculous, the second bedroom is basically a small corridor with a curtain pulled across it. How this is classed as a bedroom is beyond me!!! After complaining and a lot of back and forth we were given a proper two bedroomed apartment which was very nice. We ended up using the facilities of the International 2 across the road.

Poll wa nice although no sun loungers and Spanish residents make you feel uncomfortable.
This apartment is the worst place I have ever stayed. I am all for budget holidays but this was worse than expected. The procedure for check in is a challenge. You need to pick up the keys about 600/700 meters away (the reception staff at salon suites can not be faulted) you then arrive at the boarded up door with useless directions to the entrance. The apartment although good sized was dirty, door missing off the washing machine, toilet stained and dirty, patio doors broken . No air conditioning. The lifts were vandalised and during our stay the security entry was kicked off its hinges. And the noise.... Don't expect any sleep as due to its location on a busy street above nightclubs the noise all day & night is unbelievable!! That and the constant delivery lorries and bin lorries.
